One might experience hearing audio but seeing no picture or seeing the picture but hearing no audio. It was something I tried to troubleshoot with Netflix but we were in the same boat with no clue how to resolve the issue.
At one point we did get it to work by problems with netflix app on windows 10 restarting my device however, it didn't resolve the issue completely. As the initial troubleshooting steps, I would suggest you to check all the available Windows Updates. Installation of recent Windows Updates should fix the issue. I am having the same issue - Audio but no video then error code WA, using the Netflix app. Seriously, tried the steps below to update windows 10 and to update the display drivers - non worked. It looks like we are all in the same or similar boat.
