One might experience hearing audio but seeing no picture or seeing the picture but hearing no audio. It was something I tried to troubleshoot with Netflix but we were in the same boat with no clue how to resolve the issue.

At one point we did get it to work by problems with netflix app on windows 10 restarting my device however, it didn't resolve the issue completely. As the initial troubleshooting steps, I would suggest you to check all the available Windows Updates. Installation of recent Windows Updates should fix the issue.
